DO YOU SHIP INTERNALLTIONALLY?

We do not ship internationally, but will in the future.

 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipping is based on each items' weight, dimensions, and availability/proximity to your location. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more info.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed! Shipping times depend on jewelry design, majority of jewelry is made to order, and some pieces take longer than others, but no worries we will make sure we give you the heads up if any piece takes longer than standard shipping. If you’d like to reach out to us at support@tiewekeellc.com, we’re always happy to take a look at your order & provide any additional info that may be available to us! Please note that we’re currently only able to ship ground and are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We start processing orders shortly after they’ve been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP by contacting us at support@tiewekeellc.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. In some cases, your order may not be able to be canceled if they’re already in the process of shipping it out.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

Unfortunately, we do not have a brick and mortar store. You can shop online 24/7 instead!
